What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
- Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
- Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
- Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
