We are GROWING!! Come join our TEAM Heritage Living Centers in search of a Charge Nurse. This is a full time position with benefits such as vacation, health insurance, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct admissions for LTC and Skilled nursing patients
- Prep charts prior to patient arrival, enter orders, and conduct admission assessment.
- Provide information, screen, and teach patients and their families.
- Coordinate with other health care professionals to plan and improve the care of the patients.
- Evaluate the condition and needs of the patients and ensure they receive the appropriate services.
