Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead regional annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes.
- Drive performance management by identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with senior operational leaders to improve profitability, cost structure, and capital efficiency.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and the Executive Team.
- Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and business case development.
- Provide financial leadership for key initiatives, including cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.
- Lead financial due diligence for Greenfield projects, expansions, and strategic investments.
- Support M&A activities including valuation modeling, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
- Evaluate capital projects and resource allocation to maximize ROI and long-term shareholder value.
- Oversee preparation of executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Enhance financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Technical Expertise
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Oracle) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and performance metrics.
- Experience in capital planning, M&A analysis, or strategic finance initiatives preferred.
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders.
