Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Moline, IL. The Office Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, managing office correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Other responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, organizing documents, managing office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. This role will support communication efforts within the team and provide clerical assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and managing office tasks
- Strong ability in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience with Office Equipment management and maintenance
- Competency in Clerical Skills, such as document organization and data entry
- Detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with landscape or construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is preferred
