Landscape Installation Crew Member

We’ll teach you to build and maintain high-quality commercial landscapes. $21.50/hr-$27.75/hr

The role You’ll complete landscape installation projects for our commercial clients. You’ll work as part of a team using specialized tools and equipment to build quality projects from the ground up, keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.

You don’t need extensive landscape experience. We’ll train you.

How we’ll train you

• Safety & Essentials: Complete core safety modules including Heat Stress, Eye/Face & Hearing Protection, Personal Safety, and Workplace Standards.

• Equipment & Field Operations: Hands-on training covering Edger Safety, Trimmer Safety, and core landscaping machinery.

• Ongoing: On-the-job mentorship with experienced team leaders to hone your installation and maintenance skills.

Helpful, but not required

• Experience with landscaping tools and equipment

• Irrigation experience

• Valid driver’s license

Required

• Strong physical fitness and ability to perform active manual labor outdoors

• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a crew

Working conditions Outdoors on client properties across summer and winter climates. Requires walking/standing up to 10 hours/day, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
