Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication administration
Help maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and keeping living areas tidy
Support residents with mobility and mobility aids as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care and satisfaction

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
