Duties

- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in activities that promote physical development, social skills, language acquisition, and early math concepts.
- Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss individual needs, and support consistent learning experiences at home.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with childhood development milestones and standardized testing when applicable.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including meal times, naps, diapering or potty training, and transitions to ensure a smooth daily schedule.
- Uphold all childcare standards related to child welfare, safety protocols, and daycare regulations while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in early childhood education settings.
- Knowledge of curriculum development techniques focused on early childhood development and literacy education.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention practices tailored for young children with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children.
- Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies suitable for toddlers.
- Certifications in early childhood education or childcare are preferred; Montessori training is a plus.

We are a faith based preschool Academy for ages Infants to Private Kindergarten.
We are a uniformed Academy and the days are based on Monday- Friday and can be extended based on the needs of the school
We require a experienced teacher only, 2 years starting at $12
We offer a 1:11 max ratio and this position requires exceptional classroom management, team work, creativity, arts and crafts, able to educate multiple ages and development and love teaching children.
