We're looking for a dedicated Echo Technologist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations while working alongside a supportive team committed to outstanding patient care. This position serves rural hospitals and clinics throughout the Northeast Iowa region, including Waukon, Guttenberg, Decorah, Iowa, and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

• • Perform echocardiograms and other related diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures while providing clear explanations of the process.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret results and contribute to patient care decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
    
  • Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography techniques and technologies.
    
    

Qualifications:

• • Registered or Registry eligible as an Echo Technologist or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to echocardiography.
  • Experience in diagnostic evaluation within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and understanding of vital signs interpretation.
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols is necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • General/ Vascular ultrasound experience is a plus!
