Heritage Housing & Tiny House Outlet of OKC is seeking a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Marketing Assistant to work directly with the General Manager and help expand our Hispanic market across Oklahoma.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who takes initiative, moves with urgency, and knows how to get results.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing our Hispanic presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace
- Creating and responding to bilingual sales and marketing communications
- Assisting with Hispanic radio and potential TV advertising
- Supporting daily sales and marketing operations with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong social media skills, especially Facebook and Facebook Marketplace
- Punctual, professional, and highly organized
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working directly with company leadership
