What You’ll Do

• Oversees all rehabilitation services, managing therapy staff, programs, and compliance to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care

• Supporting care planning with strong clinical judgment

• Working closely with DON, MDS, and Business Office for clean workflow

• Supervise and provide guidance to rehabilitation staff

• Contributing to outcomes, QMs, and survey readiness

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services

• Advocate for patients' needs and support their rehabilitation goals

• Individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

• Help patients recover and improve their physical, occupational, or speech functions following illness, injury, or surgery

Who We’re Looking For

A Director of Rehab pro who:

• Is an PT, OT or ST with LTC experience

• Loves clean processes, accuracy, and strong communication

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Can work as a team and collaborates beautifully

• Is dependable, professional, and genuinely cares about quality

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
