Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-focused General Manager to lead our limited-service hotel, including oversight of Food and Beverage operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overall hotel performance, operational excellence, financial results, and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, proven hospitality experience, and the ability to manage both rooms and F&B operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service across all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and food service operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage hotel staff, fostering accountability and professional development
- Monitor labor, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses to meet budgetary goals
- Oversee scheduling and staffing levels based on occupancy and business needs
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Review financial reports, guest feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead by example and set clear expectations for performance and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous hotel management experience required, preferably in a limited-service or select-service environment
- Experience overseeing Food and Beverage operations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven success managing budgets, labor controls, and operational performance
- Proficiency with hotel systems and standard business software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
