What You’ll Do
- Perform thorough inspections of HVAC duct systems to identify cleaning needs
- Use industry‑leading tools and equipment to clean ducts, vents, and HVAC components
- Safely remove dust, debris, and contaminants to improve system performance
- Install filters and IAQ components to enhance indoor air quality
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure, efficient work environment
- Provide clear, friendly communication to customers and teammates

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
