Patient Services Representative
Heritage Hill Dental – Grand Rapids, MI
Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional who loves helping people? Heritage Hill Dental is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our growing team!
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they call or walk through the door.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude
- Handle new patient intake and onboarding
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book
- Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with recall and reactivation of patients
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (but not required — we will train the right person!)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, team-oriented personality with a genuine desire to help others
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is a big plus
