Overview
HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for an outpatient Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in (Location)
Schedule: NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!
- Full-Time - Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm
- Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week)
Compensation:
- $44-$50/hour

Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
- Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current and active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, required. (CCC-SLP)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- 1-5 years of experience with young children and families, required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
- Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities
- Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced school environment.
