LPN Memory Care Unit Qualifications:
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of employment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
- Previous long-term care, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of dementia care principles and person-centered care preferred.
