POSITION SUMMARY :
The Receptionist manages the activities in the Lobby of the Corporate Support Center and facilitates the Quality Control Tasting sessions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Manage incoming calls, screen, and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons entering organization & direct persons to correct destination
- Attend to queries from the public and customers
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages
- Organize and schedule conference and meeting room bookings
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Set-up and facilitate the QC tasting session, score sheet and report.
- Manage the Customer Complaint hotline and log.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support QA or the corporate support center.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and / or training. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with California Labor Code § 432.3 and state and local minimum wage standards.
