Kitchen Cashier

The Kitchen Cashier provides exceptional customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment. As a role model of the company, you will deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining our core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven track record of delivering excellent results with persistence and perseverance.
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people, showing empathy and concern. Builds and maintains positive team relationships, relating well to diverse people.
• Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety.
• Assists cooks with preparing specific dishes.
• Fills and re-stocks front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Follows procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and saved recall transactions.
• Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity.
• Takes food orders in person and by telephone.
• All other duties as assigned.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence by engaging with customers always.
• Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:

• WALKING: Continuously throughout the shift while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
• STANDING: Continuously throughout the shift.
• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

PAY SCALE: $16.50 to $29.00
