Want to make a positive impact on your community and help save lives? Our growing fire protection company is looking for an individual who is open to starting or continuing a career in fire protection. No experience required!
We will provide any training needed for you to be competent at inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems. Training is provided through a combination of hands-on and academic courses, appropriate to candidate experience and preference.
Candidates must have good communication skills, be able to take meticulous notes, and be competent with computers and technology.
Work is full-time Monday-Friday with rare instances of Saturday work (we want our employees to have their weekends off with their friends & family!).

Technician Responsibilities
- Drive to facilities around the state (primarily in the Wichita Metro area) to conduct fire sprinkler system inspections, testing, & maintenance.
- Conduct fire sprinkler repairs and deficiency corrections.
- Enter inspection data electronically & generate inspection reports.
- Record deficiencies and the necessary labor and materials needed to correct them.
- Safely use hand tools & power tools while making sprinkler repairs.
Technician Requirements
- Must have attention to detail.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Use of computers and technology.
- Decent writing skills.
- Good communication.
Experience
- None required! Just a willingness to learn the skills of our industry.
Education
- High school education or equivalent - (Required).
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
