Position Overview:
Heritage Exteriors is seeking a driven and self-motivated Remote Outside Sales Representative to manage sales activities within an assigned territory. This is a field-based, remote role that allows you to work independently while staying connected to our internal team through digital tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through canvassing, referrals, inspections, and company-provided opportunities
- Conduct on-site property inspections
- Operate independently while collaborating remotely
- Educate homeowners on materials and warranties
- Develop accurate project scopes
- Review insurance scopes
- Manage pipeline using JobNimbus
- Coordinate with Production and Office teams
- Maintain customer communication
- Close sales and generate referrals
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Proven ability to work remotely
- Knowledge of exterior construction
- Commission-based experience
- Strong organization skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk rooftops
Preferred Background:
- Remote sales experience
- Restoration experience
- Insurance claim knowledge
