What You’ll Do
- Maintain the grounds, landscaping, and overall presentation of a private estate with a high level of detail and care
- Provide grounds and landscape maintenance support across multiple Heritage properties as needed
- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, seasonal color, gardens, and all landscape elements
- Perform irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring efficient and effective water management
- Maintain parking lots, walkways, and entryways, including snow and ice removal as needed
- Utilize knowledge of weed and pest control methods to preserve landscape health
- Ensure all work activities conform to safety, sanitation, and health regulations and company policies
- Travel between properties as needed to support operational and landscape needs
- Operate and utilize industry equipment with general knowledge and safety awareness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe outdoor work environments across all locations
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years of grounds maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair
- Some experience or knowledge of various industry equipment
- Knowledge of landscaping, plant care, lawn maintenance, and seasonal garden upkeep
- Understanding of weed control, pest management, and general grounds care practices
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of detail and presentation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple locations
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company insurance requirements
- Background and pre-employment screening required
