Sales Manager – Heritage Homes of Nebraska
Heritage Homes of Nebraska, a leading custom modular home manufacturer, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and support our growing dealer network.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support our external dealer network across multiple states
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and dealer performance
- Provide ongoing product training, sales support, and high-level customer service
- Collaborate with our internal production, engineering, and design teams
- Track sales metrics, forecast demand, and maintain accurate reporting
- Represent Heritage Homes at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales management (construction, modular housing, or building materials is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regionally to support dealers
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a broad set of responsibilities
- Comfortable learning technical product details and explaining them clearly

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
