The Heritage at Shalimar Gardens is Hiring!

Our Executive Director Will:

• Lead and grow all aspects of our local operations.
• Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
• Coach and develop associates as leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.
• Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
• Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
• Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.

Our Executive Director Has:

• 3 years of experience leading a team.
• An Assisted Living Administrators license or certification for the state of Nebraska OR be able to obtain one within 6 months with our assistance.
• A bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business, Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
