What You'll Do:
As a Dining Server, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing personalized dining service, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements.
- Inspecting dining supplies, utensils and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment; this is an entry-level position for those with a strong interest in the senior living industry.
- Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
- Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
- Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required.
