Duties

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs, including working with children with autism and early intervention strategies.
• Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and monitor student progress using data analysis.
• Engage in regular communication with parents through conferences, updates, and written reports to support student development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school-wide initiatives such as standardized testing preparation.
• Conduct assessments, proofread student work for accuracy, and provide targeted tutoring or differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Support physical education activities and integrate movement into daily lessons to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance data, attendance, and behavioral observations in accordance with educational regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities related to childhood development, Montessori methods, or other educational frameworks.
