Early Childhood Jr. Kindergarten Aide: 2026-27 School Year - Pepper Pike Campus

Job Summary: Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Jr. Kindergarten Aide (5-day class) at our Pepper Pike Campus. Applicants should fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and have a vibrant Christian testimony demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should also love children, displaying a passion to point them to their need for Christ.

Biblical Expectations: All employees of Heritage Classical Academy possess a Christian testimony demonstrating a personal, active, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and support the mission to Cultivate Lifelong Learners Who Think and Live for Christ.

Job Requirements

• Full support of Heritage’s Statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision statements
• Experience with preschool aged children
• Strong communication

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct oneself with Christ-like professional behavior
• Assist the Lead Teacher in the following:
• Lovingly care for and teach children
• Implement lessons that target the spiritual, mental, physical, and social growth of students
• Foster an orderly classroom environment, creating regular routines of play, rest, physical activity, and formal learning
• Encourage the sense of wonder in children as they learn
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom
• Perform support duties as assigned, e.g. monitor lunch, recess, before care/after care
