About The Role

  • Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for offices and / or medical clinics and related areas. Quality customer service must be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.
  • Schedule varies by position assigned.
    • 1st Shift will be between 7am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
    • 2nd Shift will be between 5pm-2:00am Monday through Friday
What You'll Do

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
  • Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
  • Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
  • Cleaning windowsills and windows.
  • Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
  • Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
  • Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
  • Driving to multiple buildings to perform the above listed tasks.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple individuals and assist with training employees as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Clean driving record required to utilize company vehicles.
  • Six months or more related experience preferred but not required.
  • Own vehicle or reliable transportation required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

Working Environment and Physical Demands

  • The work is performed in a variety of different office or medical locations with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
  • The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds. This job description is not an employment agreement or contract. This work requires driving to multiple buildings each night to assist with openings and training new employees.

  • Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K with a company match available for full-time employees working 30 hours per week.
  • Paid Holidays after 90 days for full-time employees working 30 hours per week.
  • PTO accumulation for full time employees working 30 hours per week.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

16 - 17 USD per hour(Thornton)
