As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—finding new businesses, sparking conversations, and opening doors. Think of yourself as the bridge between great local brands and our powerful media platforms.
Hunt for new opportunities through calls, emails, social outreach, and events. Be the first voice of our brand—introducing businesses to the media solutions we offer. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and tee up meetings. Team up with sales and marketing to brainstorm fresh outreach ideas. Track wins, learn from losses, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
A natural people-person who loves connecting with others. Competitive spirit—you see targets as challenges, not obstacles. Strong communicator (written verbal) with a curious, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable with cold calls and confident when the answer is “not right now.” Organized, energetic, and hungry to learn the media world. Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is awesome—but passion, drive, and personality matter most.

The Location: 910 Media Group is based in beautiful Northern Michigan. This position will be based out of our Traverse City office. This is a great place to live, work, and play!
