Position Overview
Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Golf Shop Retail Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Golf Shop.
Working closely with the Merchandiser, this position will help maintain an attractive and organized retail environment while providing exceptional service to our Members. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in fashion or golf, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, tagging, organizing, and displaying new merchandise
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-presented Golf Shop
- Ensure apparel is neatly folded, hung, and properly merchandised
- Assist Members with merchandise selection and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Help maintain displays and merchandise throughout the Golf Shop
- Assist with inventory organization and other retail-related tasks as needed
- Work closely with the Merchandiser to support the overall retail operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous women's retail, golf shop, or specialty retail experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in golf, fashion, or retail is a plus
