- Package baked items efficiently for retail display or catering orders while maintaining food safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation tasks including measuring ingredients, assembling products, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards
- Support the overall food production process by monitoring oven temperatures, timing, and product quality throughout each shift
Skills
- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on bread making and cake decorating
- Strong knife skills for dough shaping, slicing, and decorating purposes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
