- Promptly and courteously answering all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department
- Handling all incoming lobby traffic, including greeting guests and advising guests of guests in the lobby, signing in delivery services, vendors, maintenance workers, etc
- Ensuring the lobby is always presentable
- Assist with customer service tasks and duties as needed
- Must have 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Must have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude with exceptional client service skills
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work well with others
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Candidates must be adaptable, as the role may occasionally require extended hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—based on the auction schedule.
