SUMMARY: We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on individual to join our Action Figures and Toys department as an Operations Assistant. If you enjoy working with collectibles and take pride in attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced team. This is an entry-level position that is responsible for the presentation of consignment items, which includes sorting, heavy lifting, cleaning, and labeling. This position will help unpack, tag, and enter property information into the database and assist with client pickups after auctions.

Pre-auction Tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter item information into the computer system accurately
- Ensure all items are imaged in a timely manner
- Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction
- Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of pop-culture items
- Prepare orders for shipping in compliance with established procedures
- Ship orders immediately after auctions
- Process and forward items remaining onsite until payments are received
- Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues
- Other duties may be assigned
EXPERIENCE:
- General knowledge of Toys and Action figures is a plus!
- Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
- Individuals must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds daily
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
