Full Time Office Assistant (Malden/Medford Area)
We are looking for an individual to fill a full time Monday-Friday position working in a property management office of an affordable elderly community.
The successful applicant must be dependable, willing to learn, have a positive attitude.
Applicant will have a high level of interaction with residents and must have good interpersonal skills, and be able to interact daily with residents & co-workers in a calm, friendly manor.
Experience helpful but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicant.
Office is a short walk from the Orange Line stop and free parking is available on site.
Qualifications:
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to multitask & prioritize to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to learn Industry Software programs
• Job requires Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
