What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative position at Heritage Animal Hospital?
We are a busy small animal practice with two doctors in search of a full time veterinary receptionist. Experience in a veterinary hospital is required. Spanish speaking is a big plus!
Your duties will include answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, confirming those appointments, making follow up calls, taking patient history over the phone, collecting payments. You will also be in charge of making sure the reception area and exam rooms are clean.
You may be asked to help out our technicians with some basic treatments if needed. Basic knowledge of animal restraint is a plus.
