Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair, particularly in HVAC systems and appliances. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and functionality within various environments, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Duties
- Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair appliances as needed.
- Provide leadership in training new team members on cleaning techniques and equipment handling.
- Build rapport with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, repairs, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling cleaning agents and equipment.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, particularly air conditioning units and refrigeration appliances.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and the ability to interpret schematics.
- Leadership skills to effectively guide team members in best practices for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
