What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Coordinator position at Heretic Parfum?
This is an on-site position located in Chatsworth, CA.
The Fulfillment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Global and Domestic Fulfillment managers in the daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role covers both domestic and international channels, as the department ship all of Heretics Wholesale orders (International and domestic), and our International Direct to Consumer orders. The person we are looking for is a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team. This is a growing brand, and we want people who wants to grow with us as we build for the next coming years. This is a physically active role requiring the ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and safely lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull products accurately based on packing slips and order requirements
- Pack and process wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders for both domestic and international shipments
- Ensure shipments comply with DOT and IATA regulations, particularly for dangerous goods such as perfumes and fragrances (ID8000, EQ, LQ)
- Assist with order verification, labeling, and shipment documentation
- Handle more detail-oriented customer orders with a high level of accuracy and care
- Handle international PR orders
- Work collaboratively with the domestic fulfillment team to meet shipping deadlines and maintain workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in a fulfillment or shipping environment
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms:
-Shopify
-TikTok Shop
-FAIRE Wholesale
- Expeirence managing and processing orders through TikTok shop, including time-sensitive fulfillment requirements, order tracking updates, and platform compliance standards
- Experience/Certified in shipping dangerous goods by air, vessel and ground (particularly perfumes or fragrance products)
- Experience using shipping and logistics platforms such as:
-DHL Commerce
-MyDHL
-FedEx Ship Manager
-Shopify Shipping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with international shipping documentation and customs processes
- Comfortable troubleshooting shipping issues and communicating with carriers when needed
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational priorities
- Fluent in English
