What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Heresure Insurance?
Heresure is expanding its elite insurance team and we are hunting for a High-Velocity Recruiting Coordinator. This is NOT a passive, boring HR position. Your primary mission is to hunt, engage and onboard the hungriest newly licensed (Entry-Level) insurance agents in South Florida. You will be sourcing directly from state licensing databases and training platforms to catch the best talent the second they get licensed.
You won't be selling a lie or convincing people to take a dead-end job. You will be recruiting agents into:
- the one of the best leads in the industry: for years we have consistently proven that our proprietary lead generation system delivers the highest-converting leads on the market.
- the perfect pitch for entry-level talent: newly licensed agents are terrified of failure and desperate for direction. Because we offer the industry's best leads and elite onboarding year after year, your value proposition is unbeatable. Your job is to filter out mediocrity and sign the best.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source, identify and contact newly licensed life & health agents using state licensing databases, Indeed Resume, LinkedIn etc.
- Run high-impact outreach campaigns (calls, texts, emails). Conduct sharp screenings to separate the top 5% of ambitious beginners from those who just want a comfortable, slow-paced salary.
- Clearly explain our agency's unmatched value, position our industry-leading leads, and schedule candidates for final leadership interviews.
- Maintain perfect candidate data in our CRM, track your weekly metrics and constantly refine scripts to maximize conversion.
Requirements:
- Recruiting background.
- Complete confidence speaking with licensed professionals and motivating beginners.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, automation tools, and LinkedIn platforms with speed and precision.
- Self-motivated, organized, and obsessed with hitting weekly outreach goals.
