What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECEPTIONIST position at HEREFORD INSURANCE COMPANY?
| Answer/direct incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to ensure “first-call resolution,” as well as de-escalate issues. Trouble-shoot and provide clerical/mail processing support to the Office Services Department as needed. |
| Essential Duties & Responsibilities |
| • Answer main telephone lines and transfer a caller to the appropriate voicemail of claims personnel when same is unavailable. • Provide callers with information regarding claims numbers, the names of adjusters and first reports. • Take accurate messages as needed. • Page claims personnel to assist walk-in clients. |
| Other Duties |
| • Open and prep HIC mail for scanning. • Assist with department mailing of checks for BI, PD, WC, and NF • Assist with the mailing of expense checks for BI and PD. • Receive summons and subpoenas, stamp, log and prep for scanning. • Log incoming courier packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS) Log and provide receipts for incoming payments |
Salary : $17 - $25
