We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role.
As a BT, You’ll
- Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
- Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Certification: RBT certification is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Effective time management, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow.
- Licensing & Transportation: Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
- Background: Willingness to complete a background check.
- Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62 per mile for travel.
- Tools: iPad for note-taking and business use.
