Physical Demands:
-Lifting - Ability to frequently lift and carry children or equipment up to 50lbs
-Mobility - Stamina to run, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and sit on the floor at a child's eye level
-Sensory skills - Strong visual and hearing acuity to properly monitor and supervise multiple active children at once
Core Skills:
-Classroom Management - Managing schedules, transitions, potty training, and meal routines.
-Communication - Ability to effectively communicate families and co-workers.
-Patience - Maintaining high emotional control and a nurturing demeanor during toddler behavioral challenges.
