Senior Test Automation Engineer – Mobile Apps

We’re hiring a Senior Test Automation Engineer to take the lead on quality across our iOS & Android app. This is a hands-on engineering role: you'll be writing automation code daily, designing the frameworks our team relies on, and deciding what to test, where, and how. You'll work closely with developers, PMs, and other QA engineers, and your work will directly influence release confidence and engineering velocity. 

What you will do: 

• Own and evolve our test automation strategy across iOS, Android, deciding what to automate, at which layer, and with which tools 
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites 
• Embed automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable production releases 
• Investigate complex issues across the stack: logs, APIs, device behavior, backend traces 
• Coach developers and QA teammates on testability, test design, and automation best practices 
• Champion quality engineering as a discipline throughout entire development life cycle 

Who are you?

• Experience in software testing, with at least 3 years writing production-grade test automation 

• Strong programming skills in Kotlin or TypeScript 

• Hands-on experience automating both iOS and Android apps 

• Familiarity with cross-platform mobile automation (Appium, Maestro, or similar) 

• Comfort with CI/CD tooling and integrating tests into pipelines 

• A product-quality mindset: you find the issues that matter, not just the ones that are easy to find 

• Strong communication skills in English
