Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and community-driven Social Media Manager Content Creator to help tell the story of Here Hot Yoga Strength.
This isn't just a social media job—it's an opportunity to capture the energy, connection, and transformation that happens inside our studio every day. We're looking for someone who understands how to create content that people genuinely connect with and who is passionate about wellness, community, and storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports growth and engagement
- Capture the authentic energy of classes, events, instructors, and members
- Create compelling stories and reels that showcase our brand and community
- Write engaging captions and understand how to tell a story through content
- Manage Meta platforms and stay current on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with our team to promote events, launches, workshops, and special campaigns
- Track performance and recommend ideas to continually improve engagement and reach
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience creating high-quality social media content
- Is confident shooting and editing videos using an iPhone and editing apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
- Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the Meta Business Suite
- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Loves building community and creating meaningful connections
- Is passionate about wellness, fitness, yoga, or health-related brands
- Is self-motivated, organized, and full of creative ideas
- Can work independently while collaborating with our team
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience growing social media accounts organically
- Photography or videography experience
- Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience working with fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
