Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in Manassas. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing fence projects from start to finish, including planning, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing budgets, scheduling, and ensuring quality control. Day-to-day tasks will include project tracking, reporting progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that all safety standards and project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve project-related issues
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
- Familiarity with software tools for project tracking and reporting
- Experience in the construction or fencing industry is a plus
