Day-to-Day Responsibilities may include:
- Providing great service to members and potential members
- Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member service functions.
- Recognize member needs and cross sell products and services
- Balance cash drawer
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions in accordance with established policies
- Actively participate and complete product knowledge courses
- Perform other duties as assigned
- The occasional desire to bring treats to share with staff
