What you will do...
- Answer customer calls
- Set work schedules for field mechanics
- Prioritize, schedule and dispatch field service team across the Puget Sound
- Determine the severity of service requests and how best to address them
- Ensure mechanics account for their time and parts
- Parts purchasing and ensuring timely repairs and work orders take place
- Communicate with Herc locations when repairs should be charged back to a customer, filed as warranty or when equipment needs to be replaced in the field
- Use SalesForce based dispatching module
- Contact manufactures and outside vendors as necessary to complete repairs
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders providing updates on repairs and services
- Other tasks, as assigned by management

- Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments in the fast-paced environment of theconstruction industry
- An attention to detail
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good data entry skills
- Must have a strong understanding heavy equipment maintenance requirements
- Prior technical school or mechanic experience required
- Strong computer skills
