Herbert Roofing is hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily roofing operations, manage subcontractor crews, ensure safety, protect quality, and deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee roofing jobs from start to completion
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to company standards
- Enforce safety and OSHA compliance
- Communicate directly with homeowners
- Document progress and maintain accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Strong field leadership and accountability
- Roofing or construction supervision experience
- Organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused
- Comfortable holding crews to high standards
Compensation & Bonuses
- $52,000–$60,000 base salary (based on level)
- Quarterly performance pay
- $50 bonus per 5-star review mentioning you
