We’re looking for a Part-Time Budtender who can also support social media content creation and in-store marketing efforts. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has a creative eye for content.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store (Budtender Duties):
Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
Provide product education and answer questions clearly and responsibly
Maintain compliance with all NYS regulations and store policies
Verify valid 21 ID for all guests
Process transactions accurately through POS system
Keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
Social Media Marketing Support:
Capture in-store content (photos/videos) in line with brand guidelines
Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts
Help create Stories, Reels, and event content (vendor pop-ups, promos, etc.)
Maintain a consistent, upscale brand aesthetic (luxury/dark gold style)
Collaborate on weekly content ideas (Staff Picks, Brand Spotlights, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable on camera and/or creating social content
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus):
Experience with Canva or basic graphic design
Knowledge of current social media trends
Photography or video editing skills
Previous experience in a licensed dispensary environment
