The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations at Herbally Yours, including shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Pick, pack, stack, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Load and unload delivery trucks and incoming freight
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (forklift experience required)
Complete packing slips, shipping paperwork, and other required documentation accurately
Follow all company SOPs, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall operational efficiency
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse support as needed
Operate a company box truck for deliveries or pickups as required
Ability to effectively utilize WMS software for inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping operations.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required
Forklift Experience Required
Valid unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a box truck
Ability to lift, move, and carry materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment required
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
