Duties

- Assist with food handling tasks, including portioning ingredients and organizing supplies for efficient kitchen workflow.
- Support catering and banquet operations by ensuring serving ware and utensils are ready and clean for events.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas.
- Buss tables during service hours to ensure dining areas remain tidy and guest needs are met quickly.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Experience with bussing tables, cleaning kitchens, or supporting catering events is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items.
