Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable processing
- Accounts receivable processing
- Contact customers with past due invoices
- Field incoming calls to the office and dispatch to proper party
- Process incoming service orders and distribute to service team
- Invoicing machinery, parts, and service
- Entering incoming shipments of machinery and parts
- Warranty claim processing
Requirements:
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within established time schedules
- Basic account / bookkeeping skill preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
