Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Office Administrator to join our team at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and Daily Workflow: Assist the Office Manager in prioritizing and completing daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and Record-Keeping: Review paperwork for accuracy and precision, recording sales transactions correctly within the dealership's system.
  • Accounting Reconciliations: Collaborate with the Office Manager on daily and monthly accounting reconciliations, maintaining up-to-date records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide various administrative office tasks as directed, supporting the team's success.
